What’s the story?

A major conference in Brisbane on November 25-27, 2011, drawing together all the research and discussion we’ve been doing about the future of our industry, with the idea that narrative will be what defines us in the new-look media landscape.

The Walkley Foundation

The Walkleys are the professional development arm of the Media, Entertainment & Arts Alliance, promoting excellence in Australian journalism. Best known for the annual Walkley Awards, recognising the best of the Australian media, the Walkley Foundational also publishes The Walkley Magazine – Inside the Media.

The Media Alliance

The Alliance is the union and professional organisation which covers everyone in the media, entertainment, sports and arts industries. Our 22,000 members include people working in TV, radio, journalists, cartoonists, photographers, performers and many more including people working in book publishing, public relations, advertising and website production.
